Izumi Yayoi Two-day Reminiscent Walk |

| The course is dotted with attractive points
of interest such as scenic places, historical /cultural facilities,
artificial pearl and glass articles manufactories, shopping
arcades. The course has been developed in order to transmit
the historical and cultural significance of the Ikegami-Sone
Historic Site nationwide, and at the same time, to
propagate the charms of Izumi aiming at the promotion of
the regional revitalization and local economy. Some 4,000
people joined the walk in 2003. |
