Naniwa Shuzo Brewery |

| The store room in Naniwa Shuzo has a 250-year
long history and tradition since the Kansei Period, and are
designated a National Registered Cultural Asset together
with the residence on the premise. Inside the stately wooden
structure, thick and large beams overwhelm the visitors.
Open during a period in January to March. (Tour reservation
required). A process of carefully handmade sake can be seen
at close hand. Also, freshly extracted sake can be tasted.
'Naniwa Masamune Dai-ginjo' is the most popular label of
this brewery, a Gold Prize winner (twice) at the National
Green Wine Fair. |
